What is your return policy for worn items?
For safety and hygiene reasons, we only accept returns on items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Boots must be returned in their original box and show no signs of outdoor wear or scuffs on the soles.
How do I know what size cowboy boots to order?
Most Western boots run slightly larger than athletic shoes. We recommend ordering a half-size smaller than your standard sneaker size, or consulting our detailed size guide located on each product page.
Do you offer hat shaping or custom fitting services?
Yes, we offer professional hat shaping and boot stretching services at all our physical retail locations. Online orders come with the manufacturer's standard shape, but can be brought into any store for complimentary basic adjustments.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress.
