Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box.
Drop Off and Ship
Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
