Our straw western hat has a 3-3/4 inch brim and is pre-shaped with the perfect amount of attitude. The paint is put on in layers so there will be light and dark areas and slight flaking is normal. The technique is meant to mimic an old west building where layers of paint peel and older patches show through.
Inside the crown is a smooth patch to protect your head (even if there is no hair there). (Spoiler alert: the guns are half pistol, half guitar).
